The WCPFC Tuna Fishery Yearbook presents annual catch estimates in the WCPFC Statistical Area from 1950 onwards. The tables of catch statistics cover the four main commercial species caught in the region: albacore (Thunnus alalunga), bigeye (Thunnus obesus), skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) and yellowfin (Thunnus albacares). The Tuna Yearbook is prepared by the OFP under contract to the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission.
